Once defrosted, they can be kept for up to 7 days. Thawing takes about 15-20 hours ub the fridge. And at room temperature, thawing takes about 6-8 hours. For optimal preservation of nutrients it is recommended to drink the juices as soon as possible after thawing. Personally I like the juices best when they are cold out of the fridge.
